This Mashiko ware, made in Mashiko Town, Tochigi Prefecture,
is given a modern twist with a turquoise glaze.
It has the warmth that only ceramic can provide, making it the perfect accent piece for your dining table.
Glass is placed inside the bowl before it is fired in the kiln,
allowing the molten glass to emerge in vibrant colors.
The bowl’s rim is irregular, making it taller than usual.
*As this is a handmade product, the size, shade of the glaze, and amount of glass inside may vary.
